Housing Register Applications
The wait time for assessment is between four and six weeks for new applications. We will contact you once your application has been assessed.
We recommend uploading all required documents at the time of submission.
If documents are not provided immediately, you will have an additional 20 days to submit them. After this period, if the documents are still outstanding, the application will be closed.

Homelessness application processing delays
We are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries and aim for an officer to contact you within 4 working days.

- apply for social housing
- register as homeless
- tell us about your current housing situation
- tell us about a change in circumstances
Before you start your application you will need to create an account, this means you will need an email address. Once you have created an account you will receive a confirmation email. You will then be able to apply for help with your housing.
